The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue growth. This role requires a data-driven creative and hands on leader to drive pipeline generation, optimize digital and physical marketing efforts, and strengthen Qmatic's brand presence, particularly in the US market. The ideal candidate will lead a small team, enhance customer engagement, and ensure the seamless operation of marketing automation systems.

The Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth, market expansion, product and brand visibility. This leader must effectively align marketing efforts with business goals. Through strategic execution, data-driven insights, and customer-centric marketing, the Marketing Manager will contribute significantly to Qmatic's success and market leadership

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Marketing & Pipeline Generation:

  • Monitor Revenue Marketing's contribution to overall pipeline creation and continuously optimize impact and revenue generation.
  • Plan and manage/execute campaigns for digital and physical sales and marketing channels to drive pipeline generation.
  • Expand Qmatic's presence where buyers with high intent are to generate high-quality leads.
2. Organic & Lead Generation:
  • Ensure organic search remains the primary source of traffic and leads on the website.
  • Further expand website reach and lead generation through strategic paid advertising.
  • Attract new and returning visitors to the website according to sales and business objectives.
  • Optimize the website for demand generation across all stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Maintain brand alignment and industry standards for website appearance and performance.
3. Supervise Content & product marketing delivery:
  • Craft targeted content for digital and physical sales and marketing channels to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Develop communication strategies tailored to enterprise target accounts to generate interest and action.
  • Supervise the content creation for social media and the company website.
5. Internal & External Communication (in collaboration with Content Manager)
  • Deliver knowledge, tools, collateral, and programs that enable effective marketing and sales.
  • Create, share, and maintain a strong visual identity, mission, vision, and values for the Qmatic brand.
  • Establish excellent external communication flows for different stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Keep Qmatic employees informed with internal communication on company updates and initiatives.
6. Team Leadership
  • Manage a small team
  • Support professional development, ensuring resources are utilized effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Relevant software industry experience required in marketing leadership roles, ideally in SaaS enterprise marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies and automation tools (Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Strong background in demand generation, revenue marketing, and campaign management.
  • Expertise in SEO, paid advertising, marketing automation, and digital marketing strategy.
  • Experience with customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance optimization and ROI.
  • Exceptional content creation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are highly desirable


Location

Based in our Duluth GA office with the ability to work in a hybrid arrangement according to the company Hybrid Working Policy, and the needs of the business.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer
