Xingyun Group is hiring: Public Relations Specialist in Los Angeles

Job Location: Los Angeles, California

Position Overview

We are seeking a self-driven Public Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our brand’s visibility and reputation by collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), managing influencer partnerships, and executing strategic PR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify brand needs and align them with the most suitable KOLs and influencers across various platforms.
2. Maintain and update a comprehensive KOL database to track partnerships and engagement, and manage the distribution of samples and gifts to KOLs, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs) and talent agencies, coordinating meetings and fostering strong relationships.
4. Execute established projects thoroughly, tracking progress and conducting post-project reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of PR experience; candidates who have worked with KOLs, influencers, or within an MCN environment are preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.
