Role
We are seeking a talented and empathetic UX Designer to join our team and help create exceptional user experiences across our platform. As a UX Owner, you will collaborate across the Product/Engineering, and all of the company to transform complex challenges into intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the UX design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture diagrams
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gather qualitative and quantitative data
Develop personas and scenarios to help guide design decisions and maintain user-centered focus
Present design concepts to stakeholders and effectively communicate design rationale
Own the design system, be responsible for the content, controls, and processes behind it.
Own the UI in both staging and production environments
Required Qualifications
3+ years of UX experience in a technology company
1+ years using figma to convey design to front end devs.
Experience with design systems and component libraries
High attention to detail at the pixel level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively across all levels
$65,000 - $75,000 a year
