Customization : Customize widgets, themes, and layouts to meet specific business requirements. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of portal designs, configurations, and customizations. Collaboration : Work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical support. Required Experience: ServiceNow Expertise : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including Service Portal and Mobile App development. UX/UI Design : Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces. Integration Skills : Experience integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Tools and Technologies: ServiceNow Platform : Service Portal Designer, Mobile App Builder, and other ServiceNow modules. Web Development : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap. Design Tools : Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma for creating wireframes and mockups.
