Overview
The Marketing team at CJ is evolving into a Global Marketing Revenue Ops + Product-Led Growth organization and we're looking for a Sr. Director, Product Marketing Growth to lead marketing-led GTM activation, and digital experience optimization. This role will productize our marketing operations, ensuring our website, sales enablement tools, and full-funnel campaigns drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
This is not a product management role-instead, it's a high-impact marketing function that ensures our digital experiences, persona-driven targeting, and demand generation strategies fuel pipeline acceleration and product adoption.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do Own CJ's website as a product, optimizing conversion-driven experiences, self-serve adoption flows, and interactive demos. Lead GTM execution, ensuring marketing campaigns amplify product releases, publisher acquisition, and client success. Define and refine ICPs & personas, mapping the buyer/customer journey for full-funnel activation. Execute performance-driven marketing campaigns, leveraging A/B testing, personalization, and CRO to optimize growth. Develop scalable sales enablement materials, including microsites, playbooks, and interactive sales collateral. Track and measure adoption KPIs, ensuring marketing efforts directly impact pipeline, engagement, and retention. Qualifications
What we are looking for:
15+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with experience in product marketing, growth strategies, and GTM execution. Expert in website optimization, digital experience, and self-serve conversion strategy. Strong background in ICP definition, persona-driven messaging, and full-funnel execution. Data-driven mindset, with a track record of A/B testing, Conversion rate optimization, and marketing performance optimization. Ability to collaborate across marketing, product, and sales to drive measurable business impact.
