Save Job

We're on a mission to free humanity from work.

This may seem crazy, but humanity was already (mostly) freed from hard, menial work —we’re just finishing the job and using AI agents to get us rid of knowledge work.

Our job is to build "AI employees" which can collaborate with humans and other AI employees alike, over all channels (email, Slack, Zoom, etc), pursue ambiguous goals in changing contexts, and continuously learn from their experience.

Our Culture

Job Description

As Head of Marketing, you will build and scale our marketing function —and in particular our demand generation engine — to establish Lindy as the leading no-code AI agent platform for SMBs. You'll oversee all marketing programs while building a high-performing team from the ground up.

Your role will be crucial in driving Lindy's growth by scaling successful channels and continuously experimenting with new ones. You'll work closely with our existing agency partners while building out internal capabilities.

We are an in-office company, working from our San Francisco office 4 days a week. We do sponsor visas and cover relocation fees for up to $20,000.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Define and execute Lindy's marketing strategy across channels including paid, organic, and content.
  2. Scale successful marketing programs while maintaining efficiency and identifying new growth opportunities.
  3. Manage our agency partners.
  4. Build and lead the marketing team.
  5. Own our positioning and messaging.
  6. Drive our content strategy (supported by our SEO agency partner).
  7. Work closely with sales to hit revenue goals.

Must-haves

  1. 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with proven track record in B2B demand generation, building and scaling programs that consistently deliver qualified leads.
  2. Track record of scaling marketing programs and achieving measurable growth results.
  3. Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to marketing.
  4. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, content, paid ads.
  5. Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
  6. Ability to work in person 4 days a week from a San Francisco office.

Nice-to-have

  1. Experience with marketing AI/ML or no-code automation products.
  2. High-growth startup environments.
  3. Content creation.

Competitive salary and generous equity.

Health coverage.

A lot of autonomy within your area of responsibility.

The fun of working at a no-nonsense startup that just wants to build an amazing product and business.
