UX Design Manager

Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the entire design lifecycle, driving the creation of user-centered B2B products from concept to launch.
- Manage and inspire a team of junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Champion the prioritization of design-focused changes, refinements, and improvements within the project.
- Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Utilize Figma and other design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Use analytics and data insights to measure the effectiveness of design solutions and iterate accordingly.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement design strategies that meet both user needs and business goals.
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B product design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user research methods and experience incorporating findings into design work.
- Ability to interpret and leverage data analytics to inform design decisions.
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring design teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
