The Metiss Group is looking for a collaborative Videographer to bring our mission to life through polished, engaging video content. This is a full-time, in-office role in Davidson, NC, designed for someone who thrives in a supportive team environment and seeks opportunities to continuously grow and innovate.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Full-cycle videography experience (concept to completion)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in video production (lighting, sound, composition, editing)
- Excellent interviewing and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies
- References highlighting relevant skills and achievements
What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with our Storytelling Specialist on video concepts and develop compelling storyboards
- Produce two high-quality video pieces per week that align with our brand
- Manage video production, including planning, shooting, and editing
- Monitor and apply analytics to optimize content impact (e.g., SEO, engagement)
- Lead the production of monthly webinars
- Design and enhance website graphics as needed
- Support our Storytelling Specialist
- Embrace lifelong learning (e.g., new tools, apps like HubSpot)
- Analyze results and adjust approaches to meet strategic goals
