Harvest Group is a trusted integrated commerce agency that specializes in serving CPG suppliers looking to grow their business at Walmart, Target, Amazon, Kroger, Sam’s Club, Costco, and Harris Teeter. Harvest Group offers a connected commerce solution leading their clients with account management, digital content management, retail media management, and replenishment services.

The Associate Creative Director will be working with our Creative team to develop and deliver best-in-class marketing materials for our clients. They will be responsible for concepting, designing and collaborating closely with other designers and copywriters locally, remote and overseas.
We do require that this role is based in Rogers, AR. If you are applying but do not currently reside in Northwest Arkansas, please note that relocation will not be covered by Harvest Group.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, prioritize and execute multiple creative projects and deadlines with excellence
- Provide direction, feedback and development support for a team of designers and copywriters
- Collaborate closely with creative and client team members to ensure all deadlines and quality standards are met in a consistent manner.
- Support the creative director in the execution of a creative vision
- Contribute innovative ideas to support client marketing strategies
- Adapt established branding and concepts to a variety of in-store and online mediums, including media, product display pages, in-store signage and display renders.
- Execute and direct design within a variety of retailer templates, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Meijer, Sam’s Club and BJ’s.
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in the marketing industry plus 2 years managing other designers and copywriters
- High attention to detail and a clear understanding of shopper and digital marketing
- Strong understanding and application of creative strategy
- Strong retailer knowledge and experience, especially Walmart, Amazon, Target and Kroger
- Ability to be flexible, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Works well in a collaborative team setting
- Ability to work independently while keeping key parties informed of overall status and opportunities
- Excellent presentation skills and experience interfacing with clients
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and an aptitude for AI implementation into design processes
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
