Bella Fiori Floral and Event Design is a small business in Rockaway, NJ. We are an innovative, creative, and fast-paced team with a goal to expand with an individual who's energetic, artistic, and hardworking. 3 to 5 years of experience would be ideal but we are willing to train someone with some knowledge of the industry. A Floral Designer will be responsible for the arrangement of all floral displays at our shops. A successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, an understanding of color and texture, and an ability to work independently. Our Floral Designers must have a passion for working with flowers and an excellent understanding of floral design principles.

Responsibilities:

• Design in-house floral arrangements for business decoration and events.
• Order special floral arrangements for out-of-house events.
• Design arrangements for large-scale events using flowers and materials sourced from outside vendors.
• Work with other designers to match colors and themes with other aspects of the event.
• Maintain and submit orders from clients.
