A recognized property management company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with a drive for excellence, enthusiastic nature, and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be focused on designing all business development and property marketing collateral from concept to completion. You will be a top-notch creative thinker with the ability to collaborate with sales professionals, conceptualize ideas, and produce exceptional work.
- Location: Hybrid (3-4 days a week onsite) - Atlanta, GA
- Length: 3-6 months contract
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with brokers to create and deliver high-quality, customized pitch presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition and services offered to our clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify winning themes and hone critical messaging in both written and graphic content.
- Ensure professional content and appearance of all material by performing quality control across assigned pursuits, with strong copy editing and attention to detail.
- Lead request for proposal responses from receipt of request to successful submission, including scheduling and leading all document reviews, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements, and coordinating timely completion.
- Develop, design, and implement property marketing plans, including the creation of brochures, OMs, BOVs, email campaigns, websites, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance property visibility and attract prospects.
- Coordinate with the research and GIS team to integrate market data and insights into marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, ensuring all materials meet brand standards and are delivered within established timelines and budgets.
- Assist in the planning and execution of client events and other networking activities to foster relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- A demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply a corporate style guide and tone of voice.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time and priorities to meet deadlines.
- A nimble multi-tasker who works well under pressure.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Desired Skills:
- B.A. or B.S. preferred and/or minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Commercial/residential real estate or marketing agency experience a plus.
- Experience working within a publicly traded organization is a plus.
