Location: Onsite – 5 days a week

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Jr. Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for graphic design across print, digital, animation, and brand management initiatives to support the company’s marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create newsletters, print materials, fillable forms, advertisements (digital & print), social media posts, and emails.
• Manage and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Assist with basic animation, video production, and podcast editing.
• Lead and support marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
• Develop and enhance infographics and digital media content.
• Utilize research insights to improve content development and communication strategies.
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in MO365 Suite (Microsoft Office 365).
• Strong skills in Adobe Suite, including photo, video, and podcast editing.
• Demonstrated experience leading marketing campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, but Highly Desirable):

• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) Software or similar platforms.
• Background in copywriting, content creation, and social media marketing.
