Who We're Looking For:

The Jr. Graphic Designer will assist in the creation of digital and printed advertisements, editing & updating a wide range of marketing deliverables, working on continuous or new marketing campaigns, & supporting our Senior Graphic Designer in asset creation, layout design, & more.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching & engaging ads that will bring appropriate awareness within its pertaining industry while staying consistent to our brand guidelines.
• Assist in designing a wide range of deliverables for print & digital release: product pages, whitepapers, eBooks, brochures, catalogs, etc.
• Assist with deliverable updates and work on new promotional marketing initiatives.
• Work in unison with the web team when needed to assist in graphic implementation.
• Create or update various web banners & support our marketing efforts in graphic creation for e-blasts, email drip campaigns, and newsletters.
• Work with our senior graphic designer to implement new branding protocols & help in creating appealing marketing campaigns through your design skills.
• Assist with designing tradeshow backdrops and various deliverables needed for them.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design with a design portfolio. (Bachelor of Arts degree or similar is a plus)
• Must be proficient using Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator, InDesign, & Photoshop).
• Basic understanding of print standards; applying bleeds, color profiles, etc.
• Knowledge of layout design, typography, design composition, color theory and other graphic design/illustration fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently & meet deadlines.
• Collaboration skills with team members to develop design concepts.

Job Type:

This position offers a full-time hybrid schedule from Monday to Friday. During the initial 90 days, your commitment will be full-time in the office, making this opportunity ideal for local applicants within commuting distance.

Compensation:

• $49,920.00 per year / $24.00 per hour.
