We are looking for a Studio Leader for the commercial studio of one of our Austin-based clients. You will be responsible for growing the market presence in the region, so maintaining and building client relationships is key. You will also be across design conceptualization and high-level project management.

What you'll be doing

• Developing relationships with new clients and identifying project opportunities within corporate workplace and mixed-use
• Leading a team of 10 architects - from graduates through to senior PMs
• Managing projects with high-level client relationship building
• Project staffing
• Working with marketing on proposals

Who you are

• A registered architect
• A track record of successfully bringing in new work
• Great client relationship skills
• A leader in the architecture industry
• Someone who gets a kick out of mentoring and developing the next generation of architects
