Position Summary

As a member of our Enterprise Experience Design (EXD) organization, you will help make lives better by connecting our internal users with the tools and resources they need to be successful. Our team covers a wide skill set including strategic, interaction, visual design, and research, constantly iterating, problem-solving, and collaborating to create engaging experiences.

Required Skills:

As a UX Researcher, you should have experience in enterprise-wide planning and executing user research methodologies. You need a foundation in user-centered design processes along with excellent empathetic user research, data analysis, and accessibility skills. Responsibilities include:

  1. Planning, executing, and analyzing user research studies across desktop and mobile devices.
  2. Collaborating with stakeholders to define and refine research objectives.
  3. Working closely with UX strategists, designers, and fellow researchers.
  4. Conducting design research to enhance UI Standards and the Design Pattern library.
  5. Interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to create actionable recommendations.
  6. Eliciting user needs through various research methods.
  7. Evaluating and evolving user models.
  8. Developing information architecture and content strategy.
  9. Performing heuristic evaluations and accessibility reviews.
  10. Providing rapid prototyping support.
  11. Synthesizing research data and presenting findings to management and project teams.

Project Skills:

Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deeply empathetic towards the target audience, and an enthusiastic self-starter with a focus on achieving results. Responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating and building trust with design, product, and tech partners.
  2. Owning your schedule and delivering on time.
  3. Embracing opportunities to work in an office environment.

Desired Skills:

You will be better prepared if you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience, or related fields. Experience in financial services or similar industries is a plus.
