Position: UX Content Designer and Writer
Location: Hybrid, 3x a week at their NY or NJ locations (Chelsea, Parsippany, or Roseland)
Must Haves:
- 5-10+ years of experience as a UX/content designer and writer
- Hands-on design and writing experience for UX design
- Experience in the financial/healthcare/banking industry highly preferred
- Strong understanding and experience writing and designing across platforms (desktop, mobile, etc.)
- Understanding of process fundamentals
- Understanding of human research
- Comfortable conducting own human research studies to drive designs
- Extremely detailed and in-depth portfolio with multiple examples, outlining design process in detail
Plusses:
- Open to collaboration and a good facilitator
- Professional communication/excellent interpersonal skills
Day to Day: A client of Insight Global is looking for a UX/Content Designer and Writer to join their team. This person will be responsible for collaborating with both POs and fellow designers to deliver and design products within the UX space on ADP’s multitude of shared products. They will primarily be working within the market team to support large client products.
