If so, we’re looking to hire a Sr. Video Producer for a global consulting client.

As a Video Producer, you’ll lead creative innovation, guiding high-impact video and audio projects from concept to completion. Your work will directly influence how the firm communicates complex ideas and strategic visions.

This is a 3-month project opportunity with the potential for an extension. The role is full-time onsite in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

• Drive imaginative thinking and strategic storytelling to produce innovative and memorable outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of video/audio projects, including planning, budgeting, storyboarding, scripting, on-location shoots, remote productions, editing, and publishing.
• Collaborate with internal clients to transform business objectives into compelling visual narratives through animation or video.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Mentor and guide creative teams to deliver innovative solutions, coaching senior leaders for on-camera performance when needed.
• Direct shoots, operate video and DSLR cameras and use advanced editing software to create polished deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in radio, television, film, mass communication, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years as a video producer, including supervising creative talent and working directly with senior executives.
• Proven corporate video production experience, ideally in financial services or a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in on-location and remote video shoots, including Zoom recording sessions and simulive webcasts.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Encoder, and Final Cut Pro.
• Advanced video and audio equipment knowledge, lighting, sound, and production techniques.
• Creative portfolio demonstrates outstanding conceptual thinking and design skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior leadership, guide diverse teams, and influence creative outcomes.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong business acumen and the ability to align creative solutions with strategic objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• A track record of fostering trust and collaboration with stakeholders to co-develop innovative solutions.
