Logistical Coordination:

  1. Oversee all logistical elements for on-set production: managing schedules, talent, locations, props, and any other requirements to make the production efficient and on time.
  2. Make real-time decisions to adapt to any unforeseen challenges during production, ensuring everything stays on track while delivering a high-quality final product.

Key Outcomes:

  1. Deliver 2 high-quality short-form videos per week that are optimized for social media engagement, ensuring each production meets deadlines, stays within budget, and exceeds expectations.
