Position: Insurance Sales
Location: Hybrid – Primarily remote, with one in-office day per week.
The Personal and Commercial Lines Producer is a sales position responsible for driving new business revenue growth of personal lines clients through various channels. This role is expected to establish additional wins through self-generated referral systems, centers of influence and community engagement/interaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis.
- Create positive synergy and pursue cross-selling opportunities with other practices to meet revenue growth targets.
- Generate sufficient new business leads and first appointment activity volume.
- Identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect-specific basis.
- Utilize CRM to support the sales process, including input of accurate and timely information relative to first appointments, follow-ups, etc.
- Develop and deploy sales/marketing strategies to optimize the company position in the marketplace.
- Work collaboratively with the account management team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 5+ years’ experience.
- Personable, initiative-taking, purposeful, and organized individual driven to achieve individual sales goals.
- Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
- Excellent listening skills with a strong customer focus.
- Good teamwork skills with an ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work with senior-level management and have a top-level executive presence.
- College degree preferred.
- P&C License.
