Affordable HUD Apartment Community Manager

Benchmark Management is currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team at our Affordable/HUD apartment community in Sterling Heights. The Community Manager will be responsible for all activities to ensure their property is operating in an efficient, cost-effective manner while providing high-quality, well-maintained housing to residents. Candidates must have 2 years’ experience with an affordable apartment community. HUD and/or LIHTC experience, and COS and/or TCS certification preferred.
