We are looking for an innovative and experienced Marketing Director for our plumbing and heating client based in Wheat Ridge, CO. As they expand their operations, they are looking to build a robust marketing strategy from the ground up. This is where you come in!

This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a company poised for growth. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.


Compensation

The annual salary range is $115,000-$125,000k+ depending on experience. Benefits include paid holidays, full health benefits (medical, dental, vision and supplemental benefits), company 401(k) and profit sharing, as well as company discretionary bonuses.


Location

This is a HYBRID role, with the expectation to be in the office in Wheat Ridge, CO 2-3 days per week. Occasional travel to statewide store locations will be as needed.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with various departments to create a unified brand message.
  • Analyze industry and competitive trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Identify and target new or underserved markets.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure a high return on investment.
  • Create digital marketing campaigns and programs to increase brand affinity and sales
  • Oversee the production of print, online, and various forms of advertisements
  • Organize special events and promotions in conjunction with the e-commerce team
  • Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report on progress.
  • Manage social media channels and customer/vendor swag materials


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field required
  • 3-5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proficient in copywriting and content creation
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (i.e. Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) and Google AdWords
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, content marketing, and social media
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
