We're looking for a dynamic marketing specialist who can maintain New Pioneer's creative standards through design, digital content development, outreach, and day-to-day marketing functions.What You'll Do:Lead social media development with photography and creative content, and execute strategies across multiple platformsDevelop email campaigns, including customer journey automation and audience segmentationWrite and edit copy for social media, web content, and emailsAssist with website updates, including page layouts and content creationDesign marketing materials such as in-store signage and other promotional materials using Adobe design softwareProvide support with the marketing team, store team leads, and vendors to assist in executing in-store and community eventsMaintain brand consistency across all visual and written communicationsUtilize marketing request system and proceduresCommunicate with department managers on projects and eventsVisit stores regularly to support store teams and marketing placementTake part in marketing campaign planning, execution, and wrap-up reportingWhat We're Looking for:An Associate or Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field2-4 years of social media, graphic design or marketing experienceFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite software (Mac-based Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and InDesign) as well as Microsoft OfficeExperience working in web-based formats including Web Content Management Systems and MailChimpPhotography experience a plusAbility to maintain a co-operative, friendly and outgoing attitudeAbility to handle multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environmentAble to energetically and confidently present ideas within the team environment, as well as discipline to work independentlyProfessional work ethicAbility to follow directionsOrganized, pays attention to detailExcellent layout and design skillsOutstanding written and oral communication skillsEnthusiasm to learn and try new thingsValue-Added Experience (preferred but not required):Merchandising/RetailKnowledge of organic and natural foods as well local food systemsNon-Profit MarketingCustomer ServicePhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Additional DetailsPlease include a link to your portfolio of work with application in your cover letter.
