The successful candidate will be responsible for brand marketing, customer acquisition and retention, and the overall marketing operations of the organization. This senior leader will be tasked with developing and executing marketing programs that support the company's growth goals, with a focus on lead generation, partnerships, and brand awareness. The role involves interpreting business objectives, creating successful marketing campaigns, and ensuring that the brand message is effectively communicated across all channels. The VP will also be responsible for managing a marketing budget, overseeing a small team, and leading various marketing initiatives, including public relations, product launches, and events. Applicants for the Global VP of Marketing position at the company should have a BS/BA in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 15 years of experience in leading diverse marketing teams, extensive experience in strategic marketing planning, and a background in technology, robotics, or automation/MHE industries are essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in senior marketing leadership, P&L management, and a strong understanding of current marketing trends and tools.
