The Role

Way is hiring an experienced and results-driven Content & Copy Lead to shape and execute a high-impact content strategy that drives awareness, authority, and demand within our enterprise audience. From long-form editorial and gated content to blogs, email campaigns, and short-form creative, you will craft compelling resources that engage prospects throughout the customer journey.

As our in-house content and thought leadership expert, you'll collaborate closely with the CEO, VP of Marketing, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop data-driven content and campaigns that elevate Way's position as the leader in experiential hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
    • Establish category-defining thought leadership - Differentiate Way as the leading authority in experiential hospitality through strategic, high-value content.
    • Develop top-of-funnel content and campaigns - Create engaging gated assets (e.g., white papers, webinars, reports) that drive high-quality lead conversions.
    • Refine brand voice and messaging - Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints, reinforcing a cohesive and compelling narrative.
    • Develop and advance website content - Partner with Growth Marketing to continuously evolve and refine website content to educate, engage, and convert.
    • Expand reach through partnerships and earned media - Collaborate with industry leaders, brands, and associations to co-create and distribute content that strengthens Way's market leadership.

Qualifications
    • 6-8+ years of content marketing experience, with 3-4+ years in B2B SaaS
    • Proven track record of creating high-quality, high-performing content and campaigns
    • Exceptional ability to distill complex ideas into compelling, engaging narratives
    • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, in-office environment
