Excite and engage clients through captivating design and multimedia experiences supporting cross-category initiatives. Your position plays an integral role in sculpting our brand image and supporting the marketing strategy. You will collaborate with teams to bring creative solutions to life. As Director of Graphic Designer at Agilex, a dsm-firmenich company, you will create digital and print materials that resonate with our brand ethos, design packaging and display mock-ups, 3-D presentation materials, and elevate presentation spaces.

As Director Graphic Designer, you will provide graphic design support for marketing, social media platforms, and corporate initiatives.

Your key responsibilities
  • Design and produce digital and print materials for a variety of internal and external clients, (including overall theme development, presentations, infographics, signage, and creative materials to enhance presentations and submissions). Responsible for upkeeping marketing printer and creative supplies.
  • Adapt spaces such as conference rooms and lobbies to presentation spaces, enhancing the overall look of a room in a transformational way
  • Collaborate with marketing team and other internal teams to develop creative solutions (ways of smelling, videos, experiences, formats), translating those solutions through a variety of channels
  • Film footage for internal & external communications as well as craft professional videos evoking emotion & storytelling
  • Responsible for executing the preparation of internal and client presentations, including printing booklets, labels, purchasing props and creating inspirational vignettes (may include travel).

You bring
  • Bachelor's degree in fine arts/design and 10+ years of relevant experience in creative agency or in-house creative department.
  • Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Lightroom, InDesign)
  • Expertise in the Microsoft office suite and Canva with specific expertise in designing professional presentations.
  • Experience adhering to brand style guides and corporate brand standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work onsite in our Piscataway office ~3 days per week or as required.
