This is an opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role, guiding marketing strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to implement, optimize, and scale digital campaigns. If you're an expert in paid media, SEO, marketing automation, and content creation-with a passion for niche audience engagement and storytelling across platforms like social, email, video, and podcasting-this role is for you.
The Ideal Candidate
A strategic, execution-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You understand how to build and scale teams, and you're ready to hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing department in your first few months. You're also a hands-on marketer who isn't afraid to dive into paid search, SEO, and content creation to drive measurable results.
Start Date: By the end of March (or sooner, if possible)
Duration: Full-time, Direct Hire
Location: Brookfield, WI - Hybrid (3 days/week onsite: Tues-Thurs)
Compensation: OTE $84K - $110K, commensurate with experience

Job Description:
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, hire, and mentor team members, fostering a high-performing and growth-oriented marketing department
- Establish clear goals and processes, ensuring alignment between creative, content, and performance marketing teams
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Oversee and execute marketing strategies for paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, video, and podcast content
- Lead content development across multiple channels, ensuring engagement and conversion optimization
- Own campaign development, execution, and optimization, consistently looking for new ways to increase customer retention and brand visibility
Innovation & Performance Optimization
- Explore emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge
- Analyze marketing performance data, providing insights and adjustments to maximize ROI and campaign success
- Implement marketing automation, streamlining campaign workflows for efficiency and scalability
Collaboration & Client Engagement
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and cohesive marketing execution
- Educate clients and stakeholders on marketing strategies and performance insights, positioning the agency as a thought leader
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and paid media
- Proven leadership experience in building and managing a high-performing marketing team
- Technical expertise in platforms like Go High Level, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Strong analytical mindset, using data to optimize performance and demonstrate marketing ROI
- Project management skills, balancing strategy with hands-on execution across multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication skills, inspiring teams and fostering collaboration
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth agency environment, embracing change and innovation
