About the Opportunity
The Marketing Manager is a critical member of the Guidewell Education Marketing and Communications team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a generalist in supporting marketing, communications, content, and campaigns across multiple educational services brands in the U.S. and U.K.
As a generalist, you will work cross-functionally to execute key marketing initiatives and drive the growth of our organization as the leading provider of educational services for parents and educators.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing leadership to develop strategies and execute tasks while ensuring seamless coordination across teams, including Partnerships, Sales, Client Services, and Academic Services.

- Work Location: Remote; Option for hybrid if within close proximity to one of our offices.
- Work Hours: 9 am to 5:30 pm EST
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Partner with Marketing leadership to implement annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans that align with organizational goals.
- Assign project and campaign tasks in alignment with the marketing calendar.
- Help drive quality leads and engagement across channels, brands, and products by ensuring timely execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
Email Marketing
- Manage Mailchimp operations across multiple brands, including email campaigns, newsletters, segmentation, testing, and automation workflows.
- Design and create visually appealing email banners and templates to support marketing initiatives.
- Leverage data insights to optimize strategies, improve engagement, and increase conversion rates with guidance from Marketing leadership.
Campaigns and Content Creation
- Support Marketing leadership in executing multi-brand lead generation campaigns to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
- Create, edit, and distribute marketing materials, including copywriting, editing, and basic design, while adhering to brand quality and design standards.
- Manage company blog by creating custom images for each post, uploading content in Webflow, optimizing existing posts, and repurposing content for maximum impact.
- Develop and manage a consistent social media calendar, writing, designing, and publishing engaging posts to strengthen brand identity and audience engagement.
Team Collaboration and Process Optimization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfill copy, design, and lead-form requests, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Design and implement workflow processes to streamline tasks and increase team efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of proven marketing experience; education sector experience a plus
- Proactive, organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and project management expertise.
- Quick learner who takes initiative, asks thoughtful questions, and thrives in dynamic environments.
- Process-oriented planner who effectively balances competing priorities and manages cross-functional tasks.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a student-centered, growth-oriented mindset.
- Creative thinker with excellent design, copywriting, and editing skills, maintaining a keen sense of brand voice.
- Proven experience designing professional content (flyers, social posts, email headers) using tools like Canva.
- Experienced in social media content creation, audience engagement, and digital marketing best practices.
- Proficient in tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, Asana, Webflow, and Meta Business Suite.
- Bachelor's degree and availability to work full-time remotely.
Compensation and Benefits
- $65,000 - $70,000 annual salary depending on experience, plus a bonus of up to 5% of annual salary based on personal and company performance.
