Learn more at www.kpff.com . Job Description The Los Angeles Civil Engineering Division is currently seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator. This is a position in a dynamic organization, with the opportunity to significantly contribute to the continued growth and diversification of the business. The Marketing Coordinator will have the following responsibilities: Work closely with our team of Closer-Doers on Private and Public project pursuits, including support with outreach, technical writing, and interview preparation. Coordinate production of prime and sub-consultant proposals, including organizing meetings, setting and meeting deadlines, conducting research, and leading the overall production and delivery efforts. Support the marketing team’s development and updating of graphics, presentations, advertising layouts, brochures, cut sheets, resumes, project photography and descriptions, and other marketing collaterals. Manage our customer relationship management database, image library, client lists, project lists, and other project materials. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Diligent work ethic, dependable, responsible, and accountable. Creative thinker, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Eager to be part of a multi-disciplinary team, to engage with all, and to contribute with new ideas to the firm Marketing strategy. Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, organization, and writing skills. Marketing experience in a civil/structural engineering firm, architectural firm, or other design-build environment a definite plus. Four plus years of experience required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Additional Information Compensation KPFF values the contributions of our Marketing Team and strives to provide fair and competitive compensation based on location and market standards. For this position, compensation includes: Salary range : $60,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience and education. Overtime Eligibility: Employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with local labor laws. Employees may receive a way we work allowance based on their commuting option.
