Description: The Messaging Platform team is a highly collaborative and innovative group responsible for enhancing our communication capabilities across multiple channels. Our team is made up of experts in marketing technology, data engineering, and product management who work together to deliver comprehensive solutions that drive business success.
Our Messaging Platform team is seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance our communication capabilities. We're looking for someone with a passion for marketing technology and a knack for solving complex problems.
Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet business requirements. Integration: Work with various data sources and systems to ensure seamless data flow into Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Campaign Management: Support the design, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications). Customization and Development: Customize and extend the capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud through scripting, automation, and API integrations. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and proper data handling within Marketing Cloud, including audience segmentation and data synchronization. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns and Salesforce Marketing Cloud instances. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, data engineering, and product management to deliver comprehensive solutions. Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Marketing Cloud-related issues. Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Data Cloud experience is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMPscript, GTL, SQL. Experience with REST and SOAP APIs is highly desirable. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus. Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve campaign performance. Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically to solve complex issues. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
