Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As the Podcasts Creator Tools Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing products and features that support audio-first podcasters. You will work closely with engineers, designers, marketing, legal, data science, and other product managers to define and deliver new experiences. You will launch impactful user-facing products while navigating a changing environment with a high degree of ambiguity, taking an iterative, hypothesis-driven approach to product development and design. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement and successfully launch impactful improvements to existing YouTube Studio features. Define requirements looking at direct user feedback, UX research, metrics, market trends and engaged landscape. Leverage GenAI capabilities to develop and launch new products. Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in AI and large language models. Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) plans with Marketing and Communications.
