Position Overview The Lead Design Engineer will oversee the design process from conception through implementation, ensuring that user needs and business goals are met with innovative design solutions. This role requires a strong expertise in AI, UI, and UX design to lead and mentor a dynamic team of designers.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design process for various projects, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to create cohesive design strategies. Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency across products. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in AI, UI, and UX design to bring innovative solutions to the team. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a creative and productive team environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. Proficiency in design tools and software, with a strong emphasis on AI and user-centered design principles. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Knowledge of legal tech and its implications in design is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
