The VP of Advertising & Marketing supports the growth of identified regional markets through deployment of localized advertising strategies to increase awareness, marketing, and consideration of the company’s products and services. This role will directly partner with and support our Realty, Title, Originations, Insurance, Renovation, REO, and Property Management Team Members in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and measure the effectiveness of localized advertising campaigns for the regional offices.
- Identify opportunities in the local market to improve engagement and delivery of relevant products and services.
- Facilitate customer acquisition, retention, and cross-promotion of products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with outside marketing, lead generation, advertising agencies, and vendors.
- Ensure referral activity is accurately captured and reported within the business CRMs and the enterprise CRM.
This role reports directly to the Group President of the Regional Model, along with a dotted line to the Chief Marketing Officer for The Fay Group.
What you will do for Fay:
- Collaborate with CMO and Group President to foster a culture of referral and sharing opportunities.
- Design and implement cross-sell strategies and campaigns using customer segmentation data.
- Document campaigns and their outcomes to measure and quantify results.
- Monitor cross-sell activity and provide reporting and analysis for executive management.
- Perform research to yield insights into local marketing trends and opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing Leadership to improve website experience and lead generation capabilities.
- Assist with cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful execution of marketing deliverables.
- Develop domain knowledge of Fay’s businesses and strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
- Model behaviors that align with Fay's Values and Operating Principles.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What you will bring to Fay:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles in advertising, brand management, and digital marketing.
- 7+ years of experience in financial services, real estate lending, or a real estate firm.
- Demonstrated project management and product management expertise.
- Experience managing campaign budgets, paid search, sponsorships, and SEO/SEM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to track campaigns and scale success.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Self-directed and comfortable working with ambiguity.
