This role will start out at 40 hours per week with a 90-day trial period and the strong possibility to convert to FT based on performance.

Please note: accountability to campaign schedules is non-negotiable and may result in odd hours, e.g., you cannot log off on a Friday without ensuring weekend campaigns are scheduled and ready to go. This is a true entry-level position with no prior email or agency experience required. Responsibilities

Acting as a day-to-day contact on various client accounts coordinating the production, QA and deployment of SMS and Emails from a predetermined strategy and plan. Organizing and updating client assets and keeping hubs updated with project status. Supporting the Email Strategist on managing day-to-day requests and trafficking to appropriate resources. Assigning and briefing design and tech teams in the email production pipeline. Using AI tools and proprietary prompts to generate copy for review from the Email Director, or tasking the internal copywriter. Collecting client feedback and sending to the appropriate resource. Ensuring revision is completed before sending to the client. Accountability for timelines, following up with clients and ensuring deadlines are met on both sides. Ability to answer questions quickly (or get answers) on behalf of our clients. Willingness to help triage requests and get them to the appropriate teams for action. Be highly responsive to Slack and email - within 2 hours during business hours. Willingness to hop on calls or quickly connect with clients to keep projects moving. Open to helping clients on a screenshare navigate digital tools like Google Docs and Figma for revisions and feedback or doing live feedback sessions to move projects along. Assisting with miscellaneous tasks like pulling links and finding products that fit a strategy. Extremely comfortable with Asana, Slack and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) or similar digital tools. Comfortable with consistently changing targets, competing priorities, and frequent pivots. Qualifications

Experience or comfort with customer service or client-facing roles. Experience in hospitality or customer service is totally welcome - does

not

have to be agency. Bonus points if delighting customers and making people’s day a little better is your jam! Extremely organized. This is not optional and is critical to success in this role. Digital and personality aptitude - you will be given a short questionnaire to fill out to ensure a fit as part of your application. Natively digital - you must possess excellent technical skills with computers and be able to navigate your way around them easily without constant support (IE - installing programs, jumping on video calls, using Google docs, etc). 0-1 years of experience in any digital medium,

you will be trained and we will pay you to become certified in the tools we use so no specialized experience is necessary. Open to learning new tools like Klaviyo, Attentive, Customer.io and other ESPs and SMS providers. Flexible, easygoing, and enjoys working with people (Bonus points for sense of humor, we take play seriously and laugh while we work). There is no college degree requirement for this position - come with a great attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to put in the work and we’ve got you. Bonus points if you enjoy gaming - but
