About the role We're seeking a Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager to build and scale our marketing operations infrastructure during a period of rapid growth. In this role, you'll be the critical bridge between marketing execution and business outcomes, establishing the foundational processes and systems that will support our expanding go-to-market teams. You'll have the unique opportunity to design and implement AI-enabled marketing workflows using Claude, while helping demonstrate marketing's impact for our complex business model. This is a high-visibility role that will work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and GTM leadership to drive operational excellence and data-driven decision making. Responsibilities:
Build and optimize our marketing technology stack to support rapid GTM growth and enable seamless lead management. Establish robust analytics frameworks and dashboards to measure marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue in a consumption-based model. Design and implement automated workflows leveraging Claude to increase team efficiency and reduce manual processes. Create and maintain scalable processes for lead routing, attribution modeling, and performance reporting. Partner with sales and finance teams to develop metrics and reporting that demonstrate marketing's impact across different customer segments. Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology solutions. Build the foundation for predictive analytics and AI-enhanced lead scoring systems. Have 7+ years of experience in marketing operations and analytics roles at B2B SaaS companies. Have proven experience building marketing operations functions from the ground up in high-growth environments. Are deeply experienced with marketing technology implementation and integration. Have strong analytical capabilities and experience building attribution models and reporting frameworks. Excel at cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. Are passionate about process optimization and automation. Have experience measuring marketing impact in complex business models. Logistics

We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:
