What You'll Do: Develop and implement marketing programs to, with, and through LogicMonitor’s channel partners, focusing on Americas resellers (VARs) and managed service providers (MSPs) to drive engagement and revenue growth. Create and execute quarterly partner marketing plans with focus partners, aligning their initiatives with LogicMonitor’s company themes and ensuring clear, measurable outcomes. Design and execute integrated campaigns with partners, facilitating lead sharing, co-marketing efforts, and demand generation initiatives that contribute to partner-sourced revenue. Oversee the logistics and execution of co-marketing events, including virtual engagements, industry trade shows, and regional field events to maximize partner visibility and impact. Partner with Sales, BDR, and Marketing Operations to optimize channel marketing opportunities and support pipeline growth. Develop and manage quarterly communication plans, including partner newsletters and partner portal updates, ensuring consistent messaging across global regions. Lead the creation of channel marketing and sales materials, including playbooks, datasheets, presentations, webinars, and videos, adapting existing content to be partner-focused. Oversee Marketing Development Funds (MDF) allocation, ensuring strategic and effective spending across LogicMonitor’s MDF program and partner-run MDF programs. Monitor and report on key metrics, ROI, and spend for all channel marketing activities to measure effectiveness and optimize future efforts. Work with industry and channel associations to strengthen partnerships and expand market presence. Support the full partner lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to co-marketing and promotional initiatives that drive ongoing partner engagement. What You'll Need: Bachelor’s degree preferred 6-8+ years of experience in channel, field, or partner marketing for SaaS vendors. Proven success in building and executing marketing engagement strategies with technology, VAR, MSP, GSI, and Cloud partners. Experience managing and optimizing Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to drive measurable impact. Strategic thinker with executive presence, capable of articulating a clear vision, value, and strategy for partner success. Ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value and develop engaging marketing content and collateral.
