Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr The Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced digital marketing professional with expertise in both strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and roles, regardless of technical proficiency. This individual must be highly proficient in social media marketing, including strategy development, content planning, paid campaign execution, audience growth, and performance analysis across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube). Experience with social media advertising, A/B testing, and audience segmentation is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be an expert user of reporting and analytics tools, including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Microsoft Excel. Strong familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, and leading CRMs is highly desirable. Location We are flexible on location. Candidates in Nashville, Cleveland and San Diego will be given first priority due to physical office locations. Leading Responsibilities Design and implement strategic, measurable data points, analytics configurations, events, and goals, primarily within Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Regularly generate insightful reports, adjust strategies based on findings, and provide actionable recommendations to internal and external teams. Drive data-informed digital marketing strategies for EPIC clients, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with documented objectives. Other Areas of Accountability Collaborate with teams to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, paid ads, and content marketing. Configure and maintain Google Analytics, including tracking setup, event creation, and integration with third-party tools for data piping. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments to improve campaign performance and ROI. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and analytics best practices to introduce innovative strategies and tools. Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, execution, and performance optimization. Advanced expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), including reporting, tracking setup, and integration. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. SME-level skills across marketing platforms and technology, including website, email, and social media.
