Task Description: The Strategic Communications Consultant will support varied and complex deliverables across a variety of work streams for the PACAF Air Force Civil Engineer portfolio. Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in, and when PACAF/A4C is the lead facilitating, meetings/forums, working groups, committees, panels/sub-panels, boards, etc., and coordinating, consolidating, developing, and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials. This role is centered around the delivery of business transformation and strategic communications products for the directorate.
Ability to dissect and communicate strategic documentation affecting Air Force enterprise contingency and installation sustainment operations supporting the Air Force Chief of Staff (CSAF) Combat Readiness Initiatives in PACAF.
Required skills/Level of Experience: Must be local to Hawaii, Hybrid with in person at JBPHH Associate's or equivalent degree in business or media field 3+ years experience in DoD, PACAF, or Headquarters Air Force environment Strong aptitude to deconstruct, tackle, and communicate complex problems Market research and data collection focused on the readiness space Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strategy and policy development experience Experience in analyzing force presentation, communicating operation campaigns, and assessing Air Force readiness to client environment.
