Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus HR Manager at etf.com | Driving Organizational Excellence through Strategic Talent Management and Employee Engagement etf.com is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, Subscriptions to join our fast-paced marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive subscription growth, optimize acquisition funnels, and enhance subscriber retention. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, particularly with subscription-based models, and a strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This is a remote role reporting to our CMO. Responsibilities: Subscription Growth Strategy: Design and implement strategies to drive new website subscriptions, balancing short-term gains with long-term growth objectives. Acquisition Management: Oversee end-to-end acquisition campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, paid ads, content marketing, and SEO, to attract and convert potential subscribers. Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion rates to refine acquisition funnels and maximize ROI on marketing investments. Subscriber Marketing: Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to engage and retain existing subscribers, leveraging personalized messaging, retention campaigns, and re-engagement tactics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Content teams to align campaign messaging and ensure a seamless user experience from initial touchpoint to conversion. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics tools to monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, churn rates, subscriber growth) and adjust strategies based on actionable insights. Testing & Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to identify and scale the most effective tactics for acquiring and retaining subscribers. Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with etf.com’s brand voice and values. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing; MBA is a plus. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition, subscription models, and lifecycle marketing, preferably within a digital publishing environment. Strong understanding of subscription-based business models, customer funnels, and acquisition strategies. Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid media, SEO, and content marketing.
