Associate Director of Marketing & Sales

What You'll Be Doing:

Sales & Audience Development:

You'll be the mastermind behind our ticket sales strategies, from single tickets to group sales. You'll innovate, create, and execute campaigns that bring new faces into our theatre.

Reporting & Analysis:

Numbers don't scare you. You'll dive into data, track campaign performance, and provide insights that keep us on top of our game.

Ticket Office & Customer Service:

You'll be the bridge between our audiences and the Ticket Office, ensuring every interaction is smooth and every customer leaves with a smile.

Team Management:

You'll guide and support our Field Trip Coordinator, making sure that everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

Event Planning:

Got a knack for event coordination? Great! You'll manage our opening night invitations and other special event details.

Who We're Looking For:

Experience:

You've got at least 3 years under your belt in nonprofit marketing, sales, or fundraising, with a flair for theatre or the performing arts.

Sales Savvy:

You know how to close a deal and have a proven track record in driving sales. Dynamic pricing? Capacity reporting? You're on it.

Detail-Oriented:

You're the kind of person who catches the little things, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

People Person:

Your communication skills are top-notch, and you're a pro at solving problems with a smile.

Tech Skills:

Tessitura? Check. Microsoft Office? Check. You know your way around the tools of the trade.

Team Player:

Whether you're leading a project or collaborating with colleagues, you're all about making things happen together.
