We’re looking for a Senior Content Specialist to craft impactful content for an audience of financial professionals—wealth advisors, advisory firm owners, and entrepreneurs. B2B experience is essential, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the financial sector.
In this role, you'll create and edit content across a wide range of formats, including websites, emails, educational guides, direct mail, video scripts, blogs, social media posts, ads, podcasts, and more. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment and is comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
This position reports directly to the Content Director and includes copy ownership of assigned content marketing campaigns.
What To Expect
- Write engaging and persuasive copy to promote our Partner and events offerings, including websites, downloadable resources, blogs, print collateral, emails, ads, podcasts, video scripts, social posts, and other types of content.
- Help ghostwrite and edit articles, video scripts, podcast outlines and more for our industry thought leaders.
- Bring creative ideas and sound marketing strategy to all content requests, ensuring we’re developing marketing materials that will deliver.
- Understand and implement search engine optimization techniques.
- Assist the SVP of B2B Acquisition Marketing, SVP of Integrated Marketing, Content Director and other marketing leaders with campaigns, from production to completion.
- Support content performance analysis and optimization efforts through SEO and other analytics tools
- Respond to feedback in a timely manner.
- Work within tight deadlines.
- Research competitors and stay abreast of market trends.
- Other tasks as assigned.
What You Need
- Excellent writing skills and impeccable attention to detail
- Understanding of content marketing principles and strategies, including SEO
- 5+ years as a marketing copywriter in an agency or in-house setting
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, PR, English or related field, or relevant work experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in the financial services industry
- 1–5 years of experience in an agency or other fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in Wordpress, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud or other CMS platforms.

The total rewards expected for this role include:
- Starting annual base salary between $65,000 - $86,575.
- Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
