SUMMARY:

Manage and lead the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies that support Tucson Medical Network and its affiliates. This role combines strategic planning, creative direction, and relationship building to enhance TMC Health’s brand, drive patient engagement, and support organizational growth while maintaining healthcare marketing compliance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

·          Create and implement marketing strategies aligned with Tucson Medical Network's goals.

·          Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, events).

·          Track and optimize marketing KPIs and campaign performance.

·          Develop and manage marketing budgets.

·          Analyze healthcare market trends and competition.

·          Present regular performance reports to leadership.

Digital & Brand Management:

·          Oversee website content and internal communications.

·          Manage social media presence and online reputation.

·          Work advertising team to create and direct marketing materials and advertising assets.

·          Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

·          Implement targeted engagement campaigns using CRM.

·          Coordinate digital advertising and search optimization.

Stakeholder Relations:

·          Build relationships across TMC Health’s system of care with medical staff, employees, and community partners to promote Tucson Medical Network.

·          Collaborate and work within the system’s marketing and communications team.

·          Support service line growth initiatives.

·          Create, coordinate and host community events for stakeholders and key partners.

·          Work with practice liaisons on business development.

·          Coordinate with vendors and creative teams.

·          Ensure excellent customer service standards.

Administrative:

·          Maintain healthcare marketing compliance.

·          Support organizational values and safety protocols.

·          Manage confidentiality standards.

·          Monitor ROI for marketing initiatives,

Performs related duties assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications or related field.

EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years of communication, public relations and marketing experience required. 

LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION: None Required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

·         Knowledge of current social media and digital access platforms.

·         Knowledge of budget development and management practices

·         Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations.

·         Skill in developing and editing public information pamphlets and media releases.

·         Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. 

·         Knowledge of web and direct to consumer digital marketing.

·         Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. 

·         Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

·         Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
