Job Description - Kearney Marketing Manager (005WB) We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Americas marketing team at Kearney. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the firm’s brand presence, generate leads, and support business development efforts. This individual will work closely with Practice leadership/stakeholders, other functional marketing teams, and cross-functional teams to promote our capabilities, expand our client base, and differentiate us amongst key competitors. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and promote practice and region-specific business goals. Align marketing initiatives with business goals, including lead generation, brand positioning, and market growth. Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitor insights to inform strategy. Brand Management: Manage and enhance the firm's brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Develop messaging and content that clearly communicates the value proposition of the consulting services and expertise. Content Creation & Thought Leadership: Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content, including case studies, white papers, blogs, and client success stories that highlight the firm’s consulting capabilities. Position the firm as a thought leader by curating high-quality content for industry publications, speaking engagements, and webinars. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop impactful presentations and proposals for potential clients. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, etc.) to generate qualified leads and nurture client relationships. Track and report on lead generation efforts, analyze conversion rates, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI. Event Planning & Management: Coordinate and manage events such as webinars, conferences, industry forums, and networking events to raise the firm's visibility in the consulting space. Support and manage internal events, workshops, and training for clients and stakeholders. Organize client-focused events, including roundtables and seminars, to engage potential leads and showcase expertise. Work closely with senior consultants, business development teams, and leadership to ensure alignment of marketing activities with firm objectives. Provide regular reporting on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership. Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute high-quality marketing initiatives. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. We want to hear from you if you: Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Have 7+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on professional services, consulting, or B2B marketing. Have proven experience in managing marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, client engagement, and brand awareness. Have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and event engagement. Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, compelling content. Have excellent project management skills and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Are able to work with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to create impactful marketing strategies. Have strong analytical skills, with experience in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, etc.) to measure campaign success and optimize efforts. Are a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the consulting industry and its clients.
