We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Multimedia Production Specialist to join our dynamic and creative marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and execution of innovative design solutions for top tier national brands, ensuring alignment with corporate and client brand guidelines. Collaborating closely with the Group Creative Director and cross-functional teams, you will produce visually impactful campaigns that support strategic messaging and financial objectives.

The Senior Multimedia Production Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality digital content across various platforms. This individual will leverage expertise in photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design to create compelling visual content that aligns with the brands' goals. The Senior Multimedia Production Specialist will work collaboratively with the Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to execute visual storytelling, ensuring consistency in style and tone, and producing engaging multimedia assets.

This position is 100% onsite. Only local candidates that can commit to working onsite, Monday through Friday, will be considered.

Key Responsibilities: Creative Leadership:

Lead high-profile design projects, including retail marketing campaigns, product launches, packaging, digital marketing, corporate presentations, and more, from concept to execution. Brand Stewardship:

Assist in developing, refining, and enforcing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints while adapting them for evolving creative needs. Professional Photography & Videography:

Capture high-resolution images and professional video footage for a variety of media, including marketing campaigns, events, social media, website, and internal projects. This includes planning, shooting, and managing lighting, composition, and angles. Professional Video Editing:

Edit video footage into polished, professional content, incorporating sound design, motion graphics, and color correction. Deliver videos optimized for various platforms including social media, web, and internal presentations. Senior Level Graphic Design:

Lead the creation of high-quality visual assets, including logos, banners, infographics, and promotional materials. Use advanced design software to produce compelling graphics that adhere to brand guidelines. Project Management:

Oversee multiple media production projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and project specifications. Provide guidance to junior staff and assist in mentoring team members on best practices. Brand Consistency:

Ensure all visual content produced is consistent with the company's branding guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and polished aesthetic across all multimedia outputs. Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, creative, and product teams, to understand their visual content needs. Act as a point of contact for all media production-related inquiries. Equipment & Technology:

Stay up-to-date on the latest multimedia production tools, techniques, and technologies. Oversee the maintenance and management of production equipment, ensuring it is always ready for use. Quality Control & Editing:

Work directly with the Group Creative Director to oversee the final production of all creative assets (both print and digital). Perform thorough review and quality checks on all deliverables to ensure the highest standards of production quality are met. Manage revisions and ensure final assets are polished, error-free, and delivered on time. Content Design for Social Media & Email:

Design and develop templated social media email campaigns and graphics to support marketing content schedules and infuse product visibility. Innovation & Trends Adoption:

Stay current on industry trends, new design techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure all artwork is relevant, fresh, and forward-thinking. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5-7 years of experience in multimedia production, including photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign). Strong experience with DSLR and mirrorless camera systems, lighting equipment, and studio setup. Expertise in motion graphics, color grading, and audio editing. Exceptional attention to detail and a creative, problem-solving mindset. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, and current digital trends. Experience working with video and photo production software and hardware. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in 3D rendering and animation. Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, etc.) or content management systems (CMS). Familiarity with SEO best practices for multimedia content. Experience managing a small team or mentoring junior staff.
