About the Job:

Taco Bell is looking for a highly motivated leader with demonstrated strength in Creative program management, problem solving, and intellectual curiosity to serve as a Manager of Marketing Systems in Marketing Operations, supporting the Taco Bell Marketing team on the Creative and Communications systems the department drives.

This is a high impact position that plays an integral role in improving the efficiency and productivity of the business by improving the comms and creative operating system through which Marketing strategy is developed and delivered. This role will work across a cross-functional Marketing team that leads annual and experience level Marketing strategy, working with category teams and SME functional teams. Given the scale of the Marketing budget and the number of Marketing campaigns developed, this role will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to design and deploy, documentation of the processes to execute campaign strategy and delivery, while actively mitigating risks and managing issues to ensure marketing delivered timely and successfully. As part of the Creative system, this role is also responsible for managing the end-to-end engagement model with our primary marketing agencies, inclusive of scope, schedule, and process management while proactively mitigating risks that may arise to ensure all aspects of the creative program are delivered successfully.

The role involves creatively addressing gaps, guiding teams efficiently, and promoting transparent communication while demonstrating strong leadership in planning and relationship cultivation with our internal Marketing team and external partners.

The Day-to-Day: Oversee the processes to develop our integrated marketing comms plans by experience, the end-to-end workflow process, and its supporting systems to ensure that marketing communication programs are tracking to established timelines Work with Integrated Calendar planning team to oversee annual planning process, including platform briefs, to develop the annual Marketing plan and calendar Establish consistent processes, documentation, delivery monitoring, and developing recommendations to improve efficiency to deliver on challenging timetables for Creative brief development and delivery, including Creative brief tracking, managing internal alignments and senior level agency briefings Actively identify and address risk, issues; and mitigation efforts as they relate to marketing delivery. Active involvement and influence in building out project management capabilities by participating in establishing standard tools and best practices that can be used across projects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing leadership and brand managers, to understand campaign objectives, messaging, and target audiences and all needs from agency partners. Lead IAT Resource gate keeping and planning for internal teams against program briefs/strategy and internal marketing deliverables. Create and stand-up transforming the process of IAT management, working with Brand and Creative. Create templates and communication strategy for internal share outs and XF agencies share outs. Manage internal creative review coordination with agencies for senior leadership Facilitate the onboarding process for new agencies, working with Creative Operations, ensuring they understand the brand, guidelines, communication protocols, and financial onboarding. Serve as a primary point of contact for integrated agency teams, fostering strong relationships and effective communication channels both externally with agencies and internally with XF teams. Conduct regular meetings, status updates, and performance reviews with agency partners to ensure alignment, address issues, and drive accountability. Facilitate and lead the negotiation of contracts, scope of work, and pricing agreements with agency partners to maximize value and ROI. 7-10 years of project management experience, preferably within Marketing / creative departments / organizations, agencies Strong knowledge of internal Marketing operations and processes to develop campaigns BA or BS Degree Strong logical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to proactively develop creative solutions. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, concepts, practices, procedures and standards Superb interpersonal communication skills, with ability to partner well with other team members Resourceful nature, with strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation Ability to impact & influence stakeholders - have productive conflict at a high level to drive desired outcomes. Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently, multi-task, and adapt to change in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, logical thinking and desire to have a large impact on our organization Ability to set priorities and work on multiple tasks simultaneously Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills Solutions oriented and able to make independent decisions Demonstrated proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite of applications and Project Collaboration tools Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, and/or multiunit chain/franchise environment a plus Work-Hard, Play-Hard:

Salary Range: $134,500 to $158,300 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
