Oxford Solutions has a direct hire opening with our client for a Product Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience developing campaigns, creating positioning and launching for products.

Hybrid schedule (2 days in office/week) in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities

Develop and execute product positioning strategies to differentiate solutions in the market. Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, competitive dynamics, and industry trends. Create buyer personas and customer journey maps to guide targeted marketing initiatives. Lead go-to-market strategies and support product launches with high-quality campaigns and impactful content. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive results. Design and execute integrated campaigns leveraging Pardot (nice to have) and Salesforce for automation and analytics. Analyze campaign performance and market feedback to refine strategies and improve ROI. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or equivalent working experience. 5+ years in product marketing with a proven track record in SaaS. Expertise in product positioning, marketing strategies, and driving customer insights. Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot is highly desirable. Strong research and analytical skills to interpret market data and trends. Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to craft compelling narratives. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
