Then we have a fantastic opportunity for you! We’re looking for a Content Editor to inspire and support our tens of thousands of customers by producing top-notch content.
As a Content Editor, you’ll be the driving force behind our content strategy. Working alongside colleagues and external partners, you’ll ensure that every step of the content process runs seamlessly. Twice a year, you’ll evaluate the performance of our content with the team and brainstorm ways to further improve our strategy and output.
This role is all about establishing and continuously refining the content processes in our rapidly growing and complex e-commerce environment. It’s a dynamic position that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Developing annual and quarterly plans for content production.
- Coordinating schedules and aligning on budgets and deadlines with external partners.
- Ensuring that the tone and substance of all content align with our brand identity, providing feedback where necessary.
- Organising brainstorming sessions with the content team to generate fresh ideas.
- Advising on improvements for our websites and social media platforms.
- Contributing ideas for new formats and features.
- Reporting bi-annually to the Marketing Manager on content performance and suggesting potential enhancements.
Minimum Requirements:
- You have a higher education degree (HBO/WO) and experience in marketing, communications, or content creation.
- You’ve worked in an editorial or coordinating role, ideally within an e-commerce organisation.
- You set the bar high when it comes to content quality.
- You’re highly organised and thrive on maintaining structure.
- Planning and meeting deadlines come naturally to you.
- You’re proactive and love finding opportunities to optimise processes and workflows.
- You’re a problem-solver who takes initiative.
