Position Overview:

The Ecommerce Site Manager will lead the continuous optimization of our eCommerce platform, bridging the gap between marketing, product teams, and technical execution. This role combines web development expertise with eCommerce best practices to enhance customer experience, maintain product information, and drive digital performance across our B2B distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development and internal team to optimize ecommerce customer journeys through technical implementations and UI/UX best practices
• Utilize HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to enhance website functionality
• Manage Ecommerce platform integrations and third-party tools such as PIM and CMS
• Maintain all back and frontend product information and website content, ensuring new product families are optimized and added with data integrity across channels
• Monitor site performance metrics and implement technical improvements
• Configure and optimize online product display templates
• Implement and maintain tracking pixels and analytics code
• Configure automated workflows for content publishing
• Act as technical liaison between marketing and development teams
• Support QA testing for new features and updates
• Document technical processes and platform configurations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Web Development, or related field
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working in a B2B distribution and Ecommerce environments
• Demonstrated proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Basic understanding of APIs and related architecture
