Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Content Creator / Social Media Manager with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, mobile content production, and platform strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, best practices, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive growth and engagement across platforms. You will be the go-to expert for all things social, creating meaningful, results-driven content for a wide variety of clients and campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategy, and technical know-how, with a focus on mobile-first content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with client goals and brand identities across various industries.
- Content Creation: Plan, produce, and edit engaging social media content, including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts optimized for each platform (with additional support from design and video team as needed).
- Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and new features to ensure content remains relevant and effective.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using KPIs and analytics tools to inform strategy and optimize future content.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and the internal creative team to understand objectives and deliver customized content strategies.
- Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with online communities to foster positive relationships and increase brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts, increasing engagement, and driving measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest, Threads, etc.), including their algorithms, content formats, and audience behaviors.
- Knowledge of social media scheduling and management platforms like OneUp, HubSpot, and Sprout Social.
- Proficiency in mobile content creation tools and apps like CapCut, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong creative vision with excellent copywriting, photography, and videography skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with paid social media advertising and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies and UGC content creation.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and website traffic metrics.
