Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager with expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and event coordination to support our growth. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and an understanding of the electrification industry, enabling them to effectively communicate to a diverse audience. You will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and promote our company as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including website updates, blog content, and engagement across social media platforms.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on ROI.
2. Campaign Creation and Management:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and product launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Manage budgets for campaigns, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maximizing impact.
3. Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences to promote our products and solutions.
- Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and create compelling content for promotional materials and presentations.
- Evaluate event success and drive lead generation from event participation.
4. Content Development:
- Write and edit compelling marketing content, including white papers, case studies, product brochures, and blog posts, showcasing our expertise.
- Develop a content calendar aligned with the company’s goals and current industry trends.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice and accurately reflects the technical aspects of our products.
5. Corporate Focus:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the electrification and transformer industries.
- Use insights to adjust marketing strategies and develop new initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to support lead generation efforts and product promotions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior marketing staff and collaborate with other departments to align marketing activities with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the industrial or electrification sectors.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong event management experience, from planning to execution and post-event analysis. Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into engaging content.
- Knowledge of the electrification and transformer industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
