Are you a creative and strategic social media expert with a passion for storytelling? Do you thrive in digital spaces, crafting engaging content and fostering online communities? If so, we want you on our team!

Brightwater Senior Living is seeking a Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence, connect with our audience, and drive engagement across all digital platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping our online narrative and ensuring our digital footprint aligns with our mission to enrich the lives of seniors.

This position is located in our Bend, Oregon office.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Content Creation & Strategy – Develop, oversee, and schedule compelling content (text, images, videos, and graphics) that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.
  2. Campaign Development – Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns, including influencer collaborations, contests, and promotions to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  3. Community Engagement – Actively engage with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and build positive relationships with our online community.
  4. Analytics & Reporting – Track key social media metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights to improve our digital strategy.
  5. Trend Monitoring & Innovation – Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
  6. Website Content Management – Edit and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with digital marketing initiatives.
  7. Digital Marketing Integration – Work closely with marketing teams to align social media efforts with email campaigns and broader marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. A passion for digital storytelling and a strong understanding of social media platforms.
  2. Experience managing social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  3. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Analytics).
  5. Ability to think creatively and execute digital campaigns that engage, inform, and inspire.
  6. A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to track and optimize performance.
  7. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  8. Knowledge of design tools like Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat (preferred).
  9. Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred, but experience speaks volumes!
